Here you can find all information on how to order from us, prices, payment, delivery, service, returns, etc.

We value you as a customer and want your experience with Monimo to be as positive and easy as possible.

These conditions apply to www.monimo.se website (other conditions apply to retailers, they can be obtained upon request). By accessing this site and / or placing an order you agree to these conditions.

How to order

Click on a picture to get more information about the product. You can click the "buy" button when you want to buy any Monimo product. Once you have made your selections, proceed to checkout. Prior card information is requested, you will get a chance to check out your order to ensure that it is correct.


All prices in the webshop are in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT 25%. Please use the currency converter to check prices in your currency.

You must be of legal age (over 18 years) to order from our website.

We levy additional charges for postage.

The prices on the website are permanent and we reserve the right to adjust them if necessary. These price adjustments do not affect the already ordered goods.


You can select the payment method that suits you best. We offer a variety of ways.

You can also pay by Paypal. Which today is a safe method of payment. Read more on www.payal.com


When you shop in the webshop you can choose to prepay. We will send the products as soon as payment has been received on the PG 374026-3. This usually takes 4-10 workdays.


We only offer our reseller invoice payments. Contact us at johanna@monimo.se if you are interested in becoming a reseller of Monimos products.


Once your payment has been received, we as a first choice send via DHL. But we always try to find the best solution for you. Normal delivery time is 2-3 days within Sweden.

For orders outside of Sweden the delivery time may vary up to 14 workdays.

Shipping to foreign countries are calculated on a weight basis. If you order a number of different products, the final postage cost to be on the combined weight.

We send our luxurious and waterproof products worldwide.

Exchange and Returns

You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full frefund or exchange.

You can only change and return unused goods.

The cost of return postage will be borne by you.

Remember to enter all of your banking information, and how we can contact you if there is anything unclear. Normally it takes about 14 days from the date we received your return before you receive a refund. In exceptional cases it can take up to 30 days for a refund which is also the maximum time allowed by law.

Damage to the package and not picked up package

If you discover damage to the package, you should immediately notify us. Do not collect a damaged package! If you haven´t discover the damage until you opened the package, or you have already got the package and discover the damage. Contact us before you open the package. Pictures may need to be taken to the damaged package . Have you ordered and not pick up your shipment before it is returned to us (about 14 days), we will bill you 350 SEK for handling.

Complains - faulty or wrong delivery

We only want satisfied customers and appreciate getting feedback if any of our products do not meet your expectations.

If a product is faulty and the fault can be rectified, we do it in the first place. If the error cannot be corrected you are to get a new product or your money back. If you received a defective, contact us within 14 days after delivery.

At the complaint of defective goods, the customer must contact us before goods are returned. Monimo offer new goods immediately (with the reservation that it is not sold out). If you are not satisfied with the goods, please contact us.

For approved claims replaces Monimo you for any costs, such as freight charges. Monimo pays for return shipping of the faulty goods and even for postage when sending out new product.
